- is not a surface sealant, but and internal concrete sealing stabilizer - Which stops the cause of the problems at the source.
- Stops moisture wicking and holds a hydrostatic head to promote dry basements and proper adhesion of surface coatings or coverings
- works only internally, and leaves the top 1/16th inch clean so that other coatings, adhesives, concrete stains or penetrating concrete sealers will work well.
- is a nontoxic, non-flammable, penetrating concrete surface sealer tha completely seals and waterproofs most concrete, stamped concrete, brick, cured asphalt, stucco and sandstone surfaces.
- is effective as a concrete sealer on surfaces which will be above or below grade.
- can be used alone, as a single product, or it can be used in conjunction with Concrete Remedy™ DS
- penetrates approcimately 1/16th inch into concrete, sealing the surface to prevent penetration of moisture or contaminants, making the surface easy to clean.
